These were not men who were trying to give honest opinions about what the law permitted. These were men who were trying to bend words and even reality far enough that they could somehow manage to shoehorn in a justification for what the law, both in letter and spirit, forbid.
President Obama is very wrong to suggest that our nation needs to move on. Our nation needs to face these crimes and prosecute them.
