When Bobby Jindal used response to Katrina as an example of the failures of government, did he think we don't all remember which party was in charge then?

Maybe he just felt like, since Obama had talked to us as if we were intelligent enough to follow his explanations, maybe some of us would miss the way Bush used to talk down to us like we were idiots.

OK, one more thing: what the heck was that bit about "pre-existing condition?" Was that supposed to be funny?
