Condoleeza Rice:

"Yes, I know we have made tactical errors, thousands of them"

I'm wondering, shouldn't each violation of the Geneva Convention count individually?

Update: Apparently, her answer is "no."

BLACKBURN, England (CNN) -- One day after Condoleezza Rice said the United States made possibly "thousands" of tactical mistakes in the war against Iraq, the secretary of state says she was speaking "figuratively, not literally."

Of course, it's the strategic mistakes, like attacking Iraq in the first place, that I'd most like acknowledged. Literally, not figuratively.
