Not so much.

In what may turn out to be one of the biggest free-falls in the history of presidential polling, President Bush's job-approval rating among African Americans has dropped to 2 percent, according to a new NBC/Wall Street Journal poll.

Once you deduct Condi and Armstrong Williams from the sample, I'm guessing it would be lower. (I'm thinking Colin is now in the disapproval number.) As Keith Olbermann suggested on his MSNBC show 'Countdown', the poll has an error of +/- 3 percent, so Bush could actually have a -1 approval rating.

The pollster admits that this number is odd, and the the "real" level is probably around 10 percent. Still, it's pretty clear that he's not fooling part of the people any of the time.
